Gillian has practiced yoga for over 30 years and has taught for 14 years. She especially loves learning about yoga philosophy and anatomy, always educating further so she can share with her classes.
She encourages students to listen to their bodies while practicing yoga to uncover a functional, inspirational, intuitive practice.
Students love that she knows how to modify for beginners while keeping more advanced students challenged.
She holds a 200 hour certification through National Yoga Alliance. In addition, she has taken extensive trainings and workshops with Coral Brown, Seane Corn, and Tias Little to name a few. She also holds a certificate from Bodhi and Mind Yoga’s cancer-informed teacher training, which provides free yoga to women in any stage of breast cancer treatment and recovery.
